At Healing Journey Orthopedic Massage, I provide clients with experienced orthopedic massage in Portland, Oregon. With over 20 years experience as a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer, my mission has been to provide quality care in a safe environment—earning the reputation as one of the best orthopedic massage therapists in the area.

 I begin with a whole body holistic assessment before starting treatment. My approach is rooted in precise treatment of pain and disfunction as I work on my patients until their body returns to a balanced state. Without treatment kinetic chain patterns put torque on the symptomatic area, making them unable to heal on their own. In support of ongoing healing, I also include corrective exercises allowing the patient to treat themselves at home between sessions.

Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon since Feb of 2004.                                                                            Completed my Shiatsu Certificate Program in June of 2005.

Certified Medical Massage Therapist May 2006.

 Certified In Orthopedic Massage Feb 2010.

Teaching Assistant Orthopedic Massage seminars from 2010 to present.

Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine 2014. Continuing education in many Orthopedic Massage seminars from 2011 through 2023.
